About me

My real estate journey began in 2008 after purchasing a duplex for my wife and I to live. With the help of my dad, uncles and friends, I rehabbed my first property. We moved in summer of 2009 and unknowingly became a “House Hackers”, living in one unit and renting out the second.

Since that first purchase, I have rehabbed over 20 apartments, and two homes.
